U. College of New Technologies S.L. (hereinafter, ENTI, or the company), believes that conduct in the workplace defines both people and the company. For this reason, it expects that the conduct of the organisation and the people linked to it, not only respects the current legislation and its corporate government, but also observes the generally accepted ethical principles and social responsibility.
This Code of Ethics includes ENTI’s commitment to the principles of compliance, ethics and business transparency in all areas of activity is included, establishing a set of principles and guidelines for conduct aimed at ensuring the fair and responsible behaviour of all the workers of the company, regardless of their hierarchical position, and geographic or functional location.
The Ethics Channel aims to promote compliance with the legal obligation and rules of conduct established in the Code of Ethics and in the internal regulations of the Compliance Committee.
The creation of the Ethics Channel is understood to be without prejudice to any other mechanism or channel that is established in accordance with the corporate government system.
The Ethics Channel is a transparent channel for affected workers or third parties to communicate, any conduct hat may involve committing any irregularity or any illegal act or contrary to the rules, or to ask about any queries that may arise regarding its interpretation.
ENTI undertakes to process the personal data received
through the Ethics Channel in an absolutely confidential way at all times, and in accordance with the intended purposes.
